Du schneidest die getrockneten Feigen in Scheiben und schwitzt sie in Butter mit einem Rosmarinzweig an.<br>2. Nach ca. 2 min l\u00f6scht Du die Feigen mit einem Schluck Portwein ab und l\u00e4sst sie darin karamelisieren. (F\u00fcr mehr Intensit\u00e4t kannst Du den Vorgang wiederholen)<br>3. Auf einen Rucolabett anrichten.
