Joghurt, frische Petersilie und Gurke vermischen. Gepressten Knoblauch, Salz, Pfeffer und Oliven\u00f6l untermischen. In einer Sch\u00fcssel Oliven\u00f6l, Zitronensaft, Thymian, Knoblauch und Zitronenabrieb zu einer Marinade verr\u00fchren. Die Kartoffeln dazugeben und vermengen. Mit Zitronenscheiben auf einem Backblech 20 min ziehen lassen und dann f\u00fcr ca. 30 Minuten im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180\u00b0C Umluft goldbraun backen. Zehn Minuten vorher den Tzatziki aus dem K\u00fchlschrank holen.
