Anschlie\u00dfend die Kritharaki untermischen und f\u00fcr 2 Minuten mit anbraten. Danach die H\u00e4lfte der halbierten Cocktailtomaten hinzugeben und nach 3 bis 4 Minuten mit Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen. Die Fl\u00fcssigkeit eink\u00f6cheln lassen und nach und nach die Br\u00fche hinzugeben, bis die Kritharaki gar sind. Anschlie\u00dfend die andere H\u00e4lfte der Cocktailtomaten, Zitronenabrieb, Zitronensaft, Parmesan, Butter und Petersilie einr\u00fchren. Nach Geschmack mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.
